A 12 by 12 foot room with 8-foot walls, one door, two windows and two coats takes about 2 gallons for the walls, and about 1 more gallon if you paint the ceiling, at 350 square feet per gallon. Taller walls take more. If Dario paints the room, the paint is included in the quote. Our paint calculator works out the gallons for your own room.

Yes. Trim, soffits, shutters, a garage or a porch can be a job on its own, and the quote prices only what you ask for.

Yes: houses, driveways, patios, walkways, decks and fences, across Memphis and Shelby County. Rough ranges run from $75 to $150 for a patio or walkway and $100 to $200 for a two-car driveway to $200 to $400 for a one-story house; see pressure washing for the rest.

If the boxes and doors are solid and you like the layout, painting changes the look without tearing the kitchen out. If they are swollen, warped or falling apart, paint will not fix that, and Dario will tell you so at the visit.

Usually not. New pressure-treated wood is often still wet from the treatment and needs to dry out before it takes stain evenly. Dario can check the wood at the visit and tell you when it is ready.
