Soft or rotten wood on trim, fascia or siding has to be cut out and replaced before it is painted. Dario sees how far it goes at the visit, so he prices it in person.
One color on the walls is the simplest job. Each extra color means more taping and more cutting in, especially on trim, doors and accent walls.
Ceilings are extra on top of the walls. Popcorn and textured ceilings are priced in person.
These ranges are a little on the low side on purpose. Dario gives you the exact price in writing after the free visit, and it can land a bit above a range when a house needs more prep.

Dario walks the job, measures it and writes the price down. The visit is free and takes about 30 minutes.
