This Privacy Policy explains how Dario's Painting ("we," "us," "our"), a residential painting business based in Memphis, Tennessee, collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us. By contacting us or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.
We collect only what we need to give you an estimate and do the work:
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when necessary to run our business, for example with trusted service providers who help us schedule work, send messages, or operate our website, and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

That happens when you check the text-message box on our estimate request form, when you call or text us first and we reply about your request, or when you give us your mobile number in person during an estimate and agree to be texted. What we send. Messages about your own job only: estimate confirmations and reminders, quotes and invoices with payment links, replies to your calls and texts, and an occasional review request after a job is finished. Message frequency varies with your project. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you; reply START to resume. Reply HELP, call us at (901) 675-5697, or email dario@dariospainting.com for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your estimate or your job. We will simply reach you by phone or email instead.

We use a small number of cookies to understand how our website is working. We do not use them to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell what they collect.
dp_v and dp_s) hold a randomly generated ID: one that lasts about a year so we can tell a repeat visit from a new one, and one that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity to group a single visit together. They contain no name, phone number, email address, or anything you type. We pair them with things like which pages you viewed, how far down a page you scrolled, whether you tapped Call, Text, or Request Estimate, and which step of the estimate form you reached. We use this only to find the parts of the site that are confusing or broken, and to see whether people are able to reach us.How to turn our measurement off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our own measurement switches itself off completely. The dp_v and dp_s cookies are never set and no events are recorded. To be clear about what that signal does and does not cover: it stops our measurement, but the Meta Pixel is Meta's code and is not governed by it. To limit the Pixel, block third-party cookies for this site in your browser, use your browser's tracking protection, or adjust your Meta ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies for this site entirely. Nothing on this site stops working if you do, and none of it has any effect on your estimate or your job.
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Our services are for homeowners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
